3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging SalesTeam, you agree to:

• •Respond promptly to candidate introductions and communications
• •Comply with all applicable employment and workplace laws
• •Make hiring decisions independently

You are solely responsible for any employment relationship formed with candidates.

Where SalesTeam provides deployed sales personnel or pipeline services:

• •Engagement terms (scope, pricing, duration) will be agreed separately
• •Services may be provided on a monthly or project basis
• •No guarantee is made regarding specific revenue outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing

Clients agree to cooperate reasonably to enable delivery of services.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to deliver high-quality candidates and services:

• •We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or business results
• •Final hiring and management decisions rest with the client

7. Candidate Information

Clients agree:

• •Not to share candidate information with third parties without consent
• •To use candidate information solely for hiring purposes
• •To handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• •Commercial terms

This obligation continues after termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •SalesTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service

We are not responsible for actions, performance, or conduct of any candidate or employee.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• •In accordance with agreed terms
• •Or by written notice where no fixed term applies

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and processes used by SalesTeam remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not copy or reproduce our materials without permission.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• •Attempt to access restricted systems
• •Copy or misuse content

13. Governing Law
